The resource pack won't download/load

The resource pack is hosted on Dropbox. It has been discovered that some regions may have firewalls in place that prevent clients from downloading it. The only workaround I can suggest is to manually download the resource pack and host it elsewhere. Alternatively, you can use paid plugins like Oraxen and ItemsAdder and merge the resource pack with them. However, Arena does not support automatic conversion to these plugins, so that process will be up to you.
